Day 1
Flights may be booked independently, and optional group airfare from NYC will be offered once rates are finalized.
Day 2
Check in to your hotel and the rest of the time at leisure. Meet and Greet details provided at a later date (Check in time: 3pm and after. Early check in is not included)
Day 3
Explore the cultural heart of Bali with visits to a traditional Balinese home, the iconic Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Ubud Palace, Ubud Market, Puri Lukisan Museum, and the famous Monkey Forest. Includes lunch, guide, transportation, and entrance fees.
Day 4
Start your morning at a local market, then enjoy a hands‑on Balinese cooking class where you’ll prepare classic dishes using fresh spices and local ingredients. Lunch included.
Day 5
Soar above the jungle on the Bali Swing with unlimited swings and photo spots, followed by a relaxing lunch. Then unwind with a two‑hour spa experience.
Day 6
Enjoy a full day at leisure to relax, explore, or add optional activities or spend the day creating your own custom piece of jewelry at the John Hardy Masterclass.

Visit the dramatic cliffside Uluwatu Temple at sunset, then enjoy a farewell dinner in Jimbaran with a curated three‑course menu and beverage package.

Transfer to the airport for your flight home after breakfast.

Plans that include coverage for pre‑existing medical conditions usually must be purchased within a specific timeframe from your initial trip deposit.
If travel protection is added after that deadline, coverage for pre‑existing conditions may no longer be available.
The deposit of $150.00 is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

More than 91 days prior to arrival (on or before January 5, 2027): Loss of non‑refundable deposits
Between 90–61 days prior to arrival (January 6 – February 4, 2027): 75% is non‑refundable.
60 days or less prior to arrival (February 5, 2027 and after): 100% non‑refundable.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date, and some destinations may require additional blank pages. Certain countries also require a visa for entry. Please review the specific entry requirements for all destinations on your itinerary by visiting the U.S. Department of State website.
Tour Luggage Allowance: Due to limited coach storage, each passenger is permitted one standard-size suitcase to be stored in the coach luggage hold. In addition, passengers may bring one small, soft-sided personal item onboard (such as a handbag or small backpack). Small wheeled cases are not permitted onboard the coach.
Please advise prior to final payment if you are traveling with more than one suitcase as arrangements need to be made to avoid additional cost.
